Sharing platters are very much on trend at the moment, and at The Beach House, we’ve seen this for ourselves. People love picking from a plate of different delights whilst enjoying a chat with their friends, and that’s why our sharing boards are so popular. However, they wouldn’t be so special if it wasn’t for the delicious local cheeses they feature, and that’s all thanks to The Cheese Man.
Based in Hove, The Cheese Man is a family run business who have a passion for fine cheeses. They work with local makers in order to be environmentally concious, and currently list over 300 cheeses, including organic and vegetarian.
The variety and quality of the cheeses they supply keeps us very happy at The Beach House, and our meat and cheese boards continue to be very popular – why not pop in and try it for yourself?
